CHARLOTTE, N.C. – On Friday and Saturday, the High Point University men’s track and field team headed south for a meet hosted at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. The team participated in the Charlotte Invitational across both days. On Friday, the Panthers only had three athletes compete in the field events. Cole Wilson and Nigel Steenwinkel threw in the javelin. Wilson posted a season-best throw 49.25m for sixth place while Steenwinkel threw 39.33m.
