SUMTER, S.C. 鈥� The third-seeded and No. 33 Converse men's tennis team had their run at the 2026 Conference Carolinas Championship ended by the second-seeded and No. 25 Belmont Abbey Crusaders in the semifinals as the Crusaders won 4-0. Belmont Abbey won at Nos. 2 and 3 doubles to secure the point. Juniors Ben Hyde-Smith and Takuma Furumaki were ahead 4-3 when their match was suspended.
