Hawks Take Game One of The Southern Wesleyan Series
CENTRAL, S.C. - The Shorter Hawks traveled to Central, South Carolina, for their final series of the season and opened with a 5–4 win over Southern Wesleyan. Both teams were held scoreless through the first three innings before Reece Newberry broke the tie with a two-run home run in the fourth, giving Shorter a 2–0 lead.
