Dragons fall in G-MAC title match 4-3
Tiffin University (21-6) came up just short against Northwood in the G-MAC Tournament championship match, falling 4-3. With the score tied 3-3, Martin Driesner fell in an epic match 3-6, 7-6, 6-4 as the Timberwolves won by the slimmest of margins. Tiffin got its three points with singles wins. Romain Marionneau won a tight match 7-5, 7-5 while Lorenzo Perucchini also won 6-4, 6-1. Harry Senior got TU's final win 6-3, 6-4. Tiffin also lost the doubles point with two narrow losses. Jose Portillo /Driesner fell 7-6 while Senior/ Max Westall lost 6-4. Tiffin will now await NCAA regional selection...
