Cedarville sweeps doubleheader with offensive surge
NORTH CANTON, Ohio — Cedarville earned a doubleheader sweep of Walsh winning by scores of 19-2 and 11-8. The Yellow Jackets set the tone early in Game 1, erupting for six runs in the first inning on their way to a 19-run, 18-hit performance. Max Doepker highlighted the opening frame with a grand slam and later picked up the win on the mound.
