Catherwood Sets 5K Outdoor Program Record, Minutemen Excel At Ken O’Brien Championship Prep
AMHERST, Mass. — The University of Massachusetts men’s track and field team had a strong weekend of competition at the Penn Relays and Ken O’Brien Championship Prep meets. Collin Catherwood continued his impressive season breaking the outdoor program 5k record as the Minutemen dominated the Ken O’Brien meet. Highlights from Competition: Penn Relays Riley Cole placed sixth in the men’s 3k steeplechase with a time of 8:46.92. Coles time ranks third in program history.
