BOARDMAN, Ohio--Junior Katie Rose Rankin (Sewickley, Pa., North Allegheny) fired a five-over 77 Friday to lead the Westminster women's golf program during the third round of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championships at the Mill Creek Golf Course. The final two rounds of this year's 72-hole championship are being played on Mill Creek's North Course.
