COLUMBUS, Ga. - The No. 6 seed Lander women's tennis team saw its season come to a close Friday afternoon, falling 4-0 to No. 3 seed and No. 13 nationally ranked North Georgia in the Peach Belt Conference Tournament quarterfinals at the John W. Walden Tennis Center. Lander finishes the year 9-9 overall (2-5 PBC), while the Nighthawks improve to 16-6 (5-2 PBC) and advance to the semifinals.
