No. 2 Gorillas Drop Two Against No. 17 Bronchos
PITTSBURG - The Pittsburg State University softball team dropped a conference doubleheader against the University of Central Oklahoma Bronchos on Friday (Apr. 24) at the Pittsburg State Softball Field. Game one needed extra innings with No. 17 Bronchos (39-10, 16-4 MIAA) coming away with a 5-2 win in eight innings, with Central Oklahoma taking game two, 7-3. To begin the day, the No. 2 Gorillas (43-4, 15-3 MIAA) got on the board with a two run sacrifcie fly and Bronchos error in the third inning to score Heather Arnett and Rachael Schlotter .
