Grove City edged in finale
LATROBE, Pa. — The Grove City College softball team closed the 2026 season Friday evening by dropping a pair of one-run road decisions to Saint Vincent in a Presidents’ Athletic Conference doubleheader. Saint Vincent (20-16, 12-10) scored in the bottom of the ninth inning of Game One to earn a 5-4 win. The Bearcats then scored in the home half of the seventh inning of the nightcap, pulling out a 7-6 decision.
