SUMTER, S.C. 鈥� The third-seeded and No. 33 Converse men's tennis team secured a 4-1 victory over the sixth-seeded Francis Marion Patriots on Thursday morning to secure their spot in Friday's semifinal. Juniors Ben Hyde-Smith and Takuma Furumaki won 6-2 at No. 1 doubles. Senior Marty Letessier and sophomore Lucas Walker won 6-3 at No. 2 doubles to secure the point for Converse.
