Five Tennis Huskies named to All-GLIAC Teams
HOUGHTON, Mich. 鈥� The GLIAC announced its all-conference tennis teams on Thursday, and Michigan Tech had five student-athletes honored. Alexandra Nikonenko was named All-GLIAC Second Team Singles, Bella Bigari and Emily Rose are All-GLIAC Second Team Doubles, and Emily Cojocaru and Laurent Teysseire were named All-GLIAC Honorable Mention. Alexandra Nikonenko went 3-4 in GLIAC singles at Tech’s No. 1 player. She earned wins against Saginaw Valley State, Roosevelt, and Davenport.
