Donkor makes history with LSC Singles Player of the Week
Kingsville - Following a perfect, 2-0, weekend in the final home competitions of her career, graduate student Maya Donkor became the first Texas A&M-Kingsville women's tennis player in program history to win the Lone Star Conference's Singles Player of the Week award. Since the splitting of the award into separate singles and doubles designation prior to the start of this season, Donkor is the first Javelina to earn the award, and the first TAMUK tennis player to win an LSC weekly award since Alessia Maier in February of 2024.
