WINGATE, N.C. – The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) released its Week 11 poll on Wednesday, and Hillcat Baseball moved up a spot to sixth, earning 398 points. In the NCBWA Central Region rankings, RSU held onto the top spot with 98 points and nine first-place votes. The other teams rounding out the region's top five are Pittsburg State, Minnesota State, Central Missouri and Augustana. In national rankings, Colorado Mesa continues to lead with 500 points and all 20 first-place votes, followed by defending national champion Tampa with 475 points and North Greenville with 461 points.
