COLUMBIA, S.C. – Livingstone College swept a non-conference softball doubleheader over the Benedict College Lady Tigers on Wednesday afternoon at Tiger Field. Livingstone scored eight runs in the second inning to take the first game 14-6. Livingstone broke a 7-7 tie with three runs in the eighth inning and went on to take a 10-8 victory in the second game. Heaven Strickland went 3-for-3 with one RBI in the first game to lead the Lady Tigers at the plate, while also stealing four bases.
