Lady Chargers in playoffs
Published 9:29 am Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Oxford softball dropped the last game of the regular season against Clinton. They started the week hot, destroying Murrah 16-0 and Starkville 7-0 before falling 1-11 on Thursday. Jayla Dukes continued to be a force against Murrah, only needing one appearance to get 3 runs, an RBI and a walk. Breannah Lynch had 2 hits in 2 appearances, with 2 runs and 3 RBI in a very impressive performance. The Lady Chargers will play DeSoto Central in the first round of playoffs this weekend.
