Wildcat bats come alive in 9-4 win over Nichols
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Junior Jack Dwyer ripped a three-run double to propel the JWU (Providence) baseball team to a 9-4 win over Nichols College Tuesday afternoon in Conference of New England (CNE) action at the Scotts Miracle-Gro Athletic Complex. Junior Diego Taveras and sophomore Yedan Diaz each picked up three hits and drove in two runs as the Wildcats improved to 4-9 in conference play (11-20 overall) and remained alive for a playoff berth.
