Patriot Tennis Teams open conference tournament play
SUMTER, SC - The Francis Marion University men's and women's tennis teams will open play in their respective Conference Carolinas Tournaments on Wednesday (Apr. 22) at the Palmetto Tennis Center in Sumter, S.C. Admission is free to the single-elimination event. The 10-9 FMU men are seeded sixth and will face seventh-seeded North Greenville University (11-11) at 2 p.m. A victory would advance the Patriots to the quarterfinals on Thursday at 9 a.m. against third-seeded Converse University (14-6).
