LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- East Stroudsburg University women's track and field athlete Shannon Harnett was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Field Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday. Harnett earned the honor following her record-breaking performance at Shippensburg University's Mid-Week Bonanza on Thursday, winning both the high jump and the triple jump.
