Freeman Wins LSC Pitcher of the Week for the Second Time
AUSTIN, Texas 鈥� The Lone Star Conference announced its weekly awards, naming St. Edward’s CONNOR FREEMAN its LSC Baseball Pitcher of the Week for Week 12 after a dominant showing against Texas A&M-Kingsville. The left-handed junior threw a nine-inning, six-hit shutout with no walks in a 6-0 win over the Javelinas. Freeman struck out three hitters and needed only 123 pitches to navigate through 34 batters, inducing 13 flyouts and eight groundouts.
