Baseball’s late rally falls short at Bloomsburg
BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Lock Haven baseball team traveled to Bloomsburg for a single, nine-inning battle and despite a valiant comeback effort, fell 11-10 in walk-off fashion. Lock Haven homered twice and tied the game at 10-10 with a four-run ninth inning, however, Bloomsburg escaped with the win after walking it off in the bottom of the ninth. The Huskies jumped to an early 7-0 lead after a seven-run second inning. The Haven clawed back, scoring six of their own in the fourth.
