Woods Earns First Career PSAC East Pitcher of the Week Honor
By: Connor Glunt, Director of Athletic Communications LOCK HAVEN, Pa. 鈥� After quieting Shippensburg's offense in a 17-0 shutout win, Ethan Woods was named PSAC East Pitcher of the Week, the conference announced Monday afternoon. Woods shut down the potent Shippensburg lineup, throwing five scoreless innings. The Raiders recorded only three hits against him, as Woods struck out four and did not walk a batter. He did this against the most explosive lineup in the conference, as Shippensburg entered the weekend leading the PSAC in both batting average and OPS.
