WALSH DEFEATS WHEELING IN BIG CONFERENCE MATCH UP
NORTH CANTON, OH : With big conference playoff implications on the line, Walsh Men's Lacrosse defeated Wheeling University, 15-6, last Saturday. The first half was a battle with only 3 total goals scored in the first quarter. Walsh settled in, connecting on 4 goals in the second to take a 5-4 lead to halftime. The Cavaliers stepped up in the second half scoring 10 totals goals and holding the Cardinals to 2.
