Softball Outlasted by New Haven in Series Finale
WEST HAVEN, Conn. - The Mercyhurst softball team finally played their series finale at New Haven after inclement weather pushed yesterday's game to today. The series had been split to this point, with the Chargers winning game one, 4-0, and the Lakers winning game two, 10-5. MU scored the first run in the first inning today and eventually led 2-0 after the top of the fourth. However, New Haven scored eight unanswered runs to secure the comeback and take game three, 8-2.
