BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. – The Citadel golf program wrapped up the opening round of competition at the Southern Conference Golf Championships on Monday afternoon, closing out the first day ninth overall on the team leaderboard behind a 37-over outing at the Columbia Country Club. CURRENT RESULTS Individually, Lola Barnett and Madyson Riley paced the Bulldogs with an 8-over showing, securing a tie at 34th. Sofia Vargas followed not far behind at 9-over for the day, slotting in at 37th, while Chaela Barnett (12-over, 39th) and Naomi Huang (13-over, 40th) rounded out the squad for The Citadel.
