Panthers Impress at GLIAC Tournament, Fall Short in Medal Match Play
AUGUSTA, Mich. - The Davenport University men's golf team had an impressive showing at the GLIAC Tournament last weekend, finishing second and reaching medal match play after the opening three rounds. In the opening three rounds, the Panthers shot three under par (849) to finish second place, seven strokes ahead of third place Ferris State. DU had three players finish inside the top ten: Justin Grimard (seventh), Chen-Shiuan Wu (ninth) and T.J. Chiu (10th).
