Anderson, Luce named HyVee Student Athletes of the Week
TOPEKA, Kan. -- Washburn's Ian Luce from Ichabod baseball and Dalaney Anderson from Ichabod softball have been named the Hy-Vee Student Athletes of the Week for their performances last week ending on April 19. Ian Luce led the Ichabod offense with another big week at the plate hitting 12/21 (.571) with a pair of home runs. He reached base at a .591 clip for tally a 1.543 OPS on the week as he extended his hitting streak to 22-games and continued to reach base in every game this season.
