Vanderbilt lands transfer commitment from former Big 12 big man
Vanderbilt has picked up a transfer commitment from a veteran big man who previously played in the Big 12. Bangot Dak, who just completed his third season at Colorado, has committed to the Commodores. Dak revealed his decision to On3’s Joe Tipton on Sunday afternoon. Dak, who is 7-foot-1, averaged career highs with the Buffaloes in 2025-26 as he started all but three of their games. The Lincoln, Nebraska, product averaged 11.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game. His 50 blocks ranked just outside of the top 10 in the Buffs’ single-season record books.
