Grand Haven volleyball sweeps Bucs invite, improves to 13-0 overall
LocalSportsJournal.com The Grand Haven boys volleyball team was crowned champs of a home invitational on Saturday, improving to a perfect 13-0 on the season. The Bucs went 4-0 with wins over Okemos, Lowell, Hudsonville and Jenison. Maddox Krugler led the offense with 40 kills, while Alfredo Ellis added 22 kills and five aces. Johnny Cryst had 22 kills and 27 digs and Caleb Cryst contributed 12 kills and 85 assists. Carson Moroney chipped in 21 digs for Grand Haven. Grand Haven next travels to Forest Hills Northern on Tuesday.
