OWATONNA, Minn. – The Winona State tennis closes out their 2025-26 season against Minnesota State. The Warriors dropped the match to the Mavericks 6-1 today, only getting the No. 1 singles point. Lainy Ristau was the sole Warrior in the win column. Ristau won at the No. 1 singles (6-3, 6-3). Clara Thoemke lost a close match at No. 2 singles (6-0, 6-2, 7-5). Izabel Barr came up short at the No. 4 singles spot losing (6-2,7-6,7-5). This concludes the Warrior's season. Winona State went 6-15 overall and was 3-7 in NSIC play.
