Softball Splits Doubleheader to Wrap-Up Series at UChicago
The Case Western Reserve University softball team split a doubleheader at the University of Chicago on Saturday afternoon, winning the first game 7-2 before dropping the second contest 6-5, at the Stagg Grass Fields in Chicago. The Spartans moved to 20-10 with the split and stand at 8-4 in University Athletic Association play, with the loss in the second game ending the team’s six-game winning streak.
