Saturday Sweep For Emporia State Softball Over Northwest Missouri
April 18, 2026-Emporia State softball rolled to a double header sweep of Northwest Missouri on Saturday afternoon at the Trusler Sports Complex. The Hornets won the matinee 11-3 in six innings before taking the nightcap 6-1. ESU 11, NWMSU 3 The Bearcats scored a run in the top of the first but the Hornets responded with six in the bottom of the frame and never looked back in an 11-3 win in the first game of the day.
