GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – The Colorado Mesa University softball team dropped the first two games of their 4-game series against No. 7 Colorado Christian University this afternoon at CMU Softball Field. The Mavericks were defeated by mercy rule in five innings in both games today with the scores being 12-0 in the first game and 12-2 in the second one. Colorado Mesa moves to an even 21-21 (20-14 RMAC) while Colorado Christian improves their winning streak to 40 and moves to 44-2 (34-0 RMAC).
