BRISTOL, Tenn. - The Shorter Women's Tennis team edged King University Saturday afternoon in a 4-3 victory. The win improves the Hawks to 10-12 overall on the season. The Hawks set the tone early in doubles play, claiming the point with wins in two of the three matches to take a 1-0 lead. In singles action, Shorter and King battled evenly, each side earning three victories.
