AREA SOFTBALL: Huntington beats Diboll, Central falls to Central Heights
Huntington had just three hits but took advantage of 10 base-on-balls and three Diboll errors to take a 12-1 win over the Lady Jacks Friday night. Natalie Mullins hit a grand slam for the Devilettes and Alyssa Anderson and Jacee Litton each had singles. Savannah Knight got the win in the circle, allowing one run on three hits with a walk and three strikeouts. Huntington finished third in district play at 7-3 and is the Division I No. 2 seed from 21-3A.
