ETTRICK, Va. – Virginia State picked up a win in game one but fell in a tight pitcher's duel in game two as the Trojans split a doubleheader with Mid-Atlantic Christian on Friday afternoon. In the opener, VSU rallied late to secure a 3-2 victory. After falling behind 1-0 in the fourth inning, the Trojans broke through in the sixth with a three-run frame.
