No. 11 Nighthawks Rally Past Middle Georgia, 4-3
MACON, Ga. – The No. 11 University of North Georgia (UNG) women's tennis team dropped the doubles point but stormed back in singles play to claim a 4-3 victory over Middle Georgia in Peach Belt Conference action Friday. The Nighthawks found themselves trailing early after Middle Georgia secured wins at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles. The No. 1 pairing of Anastasiia Opolska and Olesya Stokusova, ranked No. 27 nationally, was tied 6-6 before the match was abandoned.
