Reading, Pa. (April 17, 2026) – Alvernia University Director of Athletics and Recreation Cory Beddick announced on Friday the hiring of Jason O’Connell as Alvernia University’s next head coach of the men’s basketball program. O’Connell comes to Alvernia following 12 seasons as the head coach of Division III Cairn University in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
