COLUMBIA, S.C. – Columbia College took a 4-3 victory over Benedict College in a non-conference women's tennis match on Friday on the campus of Columbia College. Benedict won the top three singles matches. Columbia College took the other three singles matches over the shorthanded Lady Tigers by default, and won the doubles point. Valerie Essome defeated Natalia Diaz 6-3, 6-0 at No. 1 singles.
