VALDOSTA, Ga. - The Valdosta State baseball team (16-28, 11-17 GSC) tallied one run in the opening inning, two in the second, and eight runs in the third, rolling past Christian Brothers (10-31, 5-23 GSC) by a 14-4 final in the series opener at Bllly Grant Field. Valdosta State erupted in the third inning, sending 12 batters across the plate and scoring eight runs on nine hits to blow the game open, 11-0.
