Iowa State football coach Jimmy Rogers is bolstering his offensive line and the Cyclones' 2027 recruiting class with in-state talent Will Slagle. Slagle, a native of Grinnell, is a four-star prospect, per 247 Sports Composite rankings. The 6-foot-4, 280-pound offensive lineman announced his decision on Friday, April 17. He had originally committed to the Cyclones during a tailgate leading into the Iowa State-Kansas senior day game on Nov. 22.
