LOGAN, Utah – Utah State head men's basketball coach Ben Jacobson announced the signing of guard Jax Allen on Thursday. Allen will join the Aggies in 2026-27 as a freshman out of Orem (Utah) High School. Allen, a 6-foot-4 guard, was a four-year letterwinner at Orem HS, where he was a two-time Utah 5A All-State selection as he totaled 1,038 points, 329 rebounds, 217 assists and 105 steals in his career.
