Men’s Tennis Falls In SoCon Quarterfinals To Samford
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – In the quarterfinals of the 2026 Southern Conference Championship, the Wofford College men's tennis team was defeated 4-0 by Samford at the Champions Club. The Bulldogs, seeded second in the tournament, won the doubles point and then took three singles matches to clinch the win. In doubles, the Bulldogs opened with a 6-4 win at the #3 position. At the #1 position, Valdemar Dubin and Jack Deveney were tied at 5-5 before a service break and a hold gave them a 7-5 win.
