White Hauls in CSC Academic All-America Honors
GREENWOOD, Ind. – Illinois Wesleyan University women’s basketball senior point guard Sawyer White (Downers Grove, Ill.-Montini Catholic) pulled in another accolade Wednesday, April 15, as she was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Second Team. With her selection, the program has had at least one honoree in each of the past three seasons. White follows in the footsteps of Lauren Huber and Mallory Powers, who reeled in the prestigious honor last season. Huber was a first team pick, while Powers landed on the third team.
