Softball Splits Against Mount Saint Mary College
NEW YORK, N.Y.- The Hunter College softball team split a nonconference doubleheader against Mount Saint Mary College on Tuesday afternoon at Randall’s Island. The Hawks fell 13-4 in the opener before rallying for a 5-4 extra-inning victory in game two, moving to 10-20 on the season. Game 1: Hunter 4, MSMC 13 (5 inn.) Hunter was unable to recover from a big early deficit in the opener, as Mount Saint Mary scored nine runs in the first inning to take control.
