Softball Falls to Maryland on the Road
COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Howard University softball (21-14) dropped a midweek matchup to Big Ten opponent Maryland Terrapins softball, 6-0, on Wednesday evening at College Park. Maryland (15-26) struck quickly in the bottom of the first, utilizing three hits and a grand slam to build a 4-0 lead.
