Softball Drops Midweek Matchup at Towson
TOWSON, Md. 鈥� The Villanova softball team lost 5-2 Wednesday to Towson at Tiger Softball Stadium. Lexi Kobryn (L, 2-11) got the start for the 'Cats (9-34) and pitched three innings, striking out two, walking one and surrendering four runs on five hits. Villanova began the scoring as Kobryn helped her own cause in the top of the first, hitting a two-run double to take a 2-0 lead.
