CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bowie State softball pitcher Sydney Seals has been named Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Pitcher of the Week, the conference announced Wednesday morning. Seals delivered a dominant week in the circle, leading the Bulldogs to a 4–0 record across conference play. The sophomore posted a perfect 3–0 record in three appearances, totaling 14.0 innings pitched while allowing just one earned run on eight hits and striking out 12 batters.
