Landeros Gains Softball Player of the Week Accolades
CHICAGO -- University of St. Francis' Isabella Landeros drove in runs in seven of eight games during the seven-day period between April 6-12 to claim Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference weekly softball accolades, the league office announced on Wednesday. Landeros, the CCAC Player of the Week, was unstoppable during USF's 6-2 week, batting .640 with 14 runs batted in. She also produced a .960 slugging percentage courtesy of five doubles and one home run among her 16 hits.
