Hatton鈥檚 Armstead named Bryant-Jordan award recipient
Hatton's Eva Armstead has been named a recipient of the Bryant-Jordan Scholarship Foundation's 2026 state Student-Achievement award. Armstead received the Ken and Betty Joy Blankenship Student-Achievement award, which was presented to her earlier this week at the 41st annual Bryant-Jordan Student Athlete Awards. Armstead is a standout basketball and track athlete for the Hornets, winning three state championships last season and eight total in track. She was named the 2025 Decatur Daily Girls Athlete of the Year in track.
